Cancelations

Cancelations are contingent upon clinician review and processing status. If you, the client, default on the account, understand that you will be subject to finance and/or legal fees in addition to the total account balance.

Refunds / Credits

In the event that the medical professional is unable to prescribe or perform services due to circumstances outside the client’s control or for reasons related to the patient’s medical condition or health, you will receive a full refund or credit minus the consultation fee.

 

Client specific orders and prescriptions are customized and are NOT refundable once shipped OR taken outside the clinic. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

Medication, treatment supplies or any other personal products are NOT refundable once shipped OR taken outside the clinic. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We do NOT guarantee results. Experiences are unique. Treatment outcomes are individualized and can NOT be predicted.

 

We reserve the right to DECLINE service for individuals who behave in any discourteous manner, negatively impact client safety, compromise business integrity or present any type of liability.

 

IVUSE has the right to charge your credit card (or other payment method) for the applicable fees or charges, plus any applicable taxes.
